Started just working out to get stronger and faster for sports, then I became addicted.
Why I Love It:
Besides the obvious health related benefits, it relieves stress, makes me feel good, and i like the attention it gets me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting and achieving goals, trying new and innovative workouts, looking at motivating profiles on BodySpace, and keeping up on new exercise science literature.

I am no longer playing football so I don't need to be as bulky anymore. I'm currently doubling up my cardio and eating about 500-800 less calories/day than I usually do. I still continue to hit the weights pretty hard 4-5 days per week.
We promote an all natural show INBF in Everett in August; it is a pro qualifier for the WNBF. I don't know if you want to compete, but if you know of any one around that might want to compete or if you want to see a fun show our info is on www.unitedfitness.org on the contest page. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Kevin
sup man...you have to eat clean foods and no junk! 6 to 8 meals! watch your calories, sugars, and eating certain carbs in the evening. Abs are seen through diet no exercise. Focus on cutting the fat and building the muscle. Water,Water,Water...need I say more? To sum up...to get bigger you have to add calories,to get smaller you have cut calories...oh! alittle cardio won't hurt either...holla back!
