I began working out when I was 13 years old. Since then, I've become more informed, efficient, and consistent with training.

WHY I LOVE IT:

The PUMP would be the number one thing I love about working out :) I just love pushing myself to my limits and beyond.

The P90x Journey

Hello Everyone! I hope you guys are doing extremely well! I've just recently began the P90x Extreme Home Fitness series, hosted by Tony Horton. For those of you who don't know, P90x is a 90 day, 3 phase, 13 week INTENSE fitness program that includes 12 different workouts. I've just knocked out week 2 and I have to admit- I AM LOVING IT! I'm really impressed with how fast my body is transforming. How my once flabby, unshaped muscles are becoming defined, and tight. Now, I know I'm just 2 weeks into the program but from what I've completed so far, I'm really gratified.

FitCent My diet is protein and fats only.. I have a day a week were I carb up. But with a set method in doing that even. Its called CKD aka Keto Diet. Tons of info about it on here. Tell me a little about yours. Feb 10, 2011 9:51pm
