Here I am starting on day one. I've worked out intensely for over 20 years, and have continued to work out for the last year and a half in spite of a number of injuries and health related issues. Because of those issues, I'm in the worst shape of my life. This site is to track my progress back.

After limited abilities for fighting an injury for 18 months, I was able to come back for about 3-4 months. Now I'm injured again and after 6 weeks, here's where I'm at.

This is still a couple of weeks into the shoulder injury. Trying to maintain muscle, trim fat and rehab the injury. I'm gonna need all the luck I can get...

I've been fighting a shoulder injury for about 2 years now and am losing. Anyway, I've been trying to bulk, limit adding fat and rehabing the injury at the same time. This is TOUGH!

I'm feeling alright. Lately, the bulking has been a little dirty, but I'm getting back on track. I'm hoping to add 4 more pounds of mass before I'm done, which is really tough for me...
