Hey, thanks for the comment regarding the cytogainer. I'm not a real heavy guy so I'm only taking three quarters of the recommended serving.

Hi, I noticed you posted a comment on my blog about some elbow pain you're having. Yes, my problems started out exactly like yours. I’ve had elbow pain as well and it always seems to be connected to forearm pain. I wouldn’t stop just yet, but focus on deep massage on the forearm and triceps, stretch those muscles and go a little easier for a week or two. Good luck.

Hey, I read your blog. Don't worry about the scale. Focus on good eating and weight lifting is the best thing to meet the goals you've set for your body. Just be consistent and you'll accomplish your what you set out to...

Hey Lynn. Thanks for the comment on my blog. I can't recommend enough this book. Trigger point therapy is common in physiotherapy but can be done by yourself at home. It was key in getting me back. I wish I did it sooner. http://www.amazon.com/Trigger-Point-Therapy-Workbook-Self-Treatment/dp/1572243759/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1200281454&sr=8-1

I really don't work abs a whole lot, but focus more on fat loss through diet and cardio. The ab work out I do once a week includes 3 sets of 20 leg raises, 3 sets of 20 crunches and 3 sets of 20 oblique crunches.
