I need to lose weight, a lot of weight, I need friends that will support me and boost up my will power. I NEED HELP!
Goal (Long):
I have tryed almost everything and i'm am sure that something has to work but my problem is my will power, I don't have any. I need friends to motivate me and push me, words of Encouragement. I want this bad but the bigger I get the harder this is, I have minimal energy and feel like im hungry all day. I need help, if you think you can help in any way please, please help

hey man, sry to get back to you months later, but i havent been on in forever as well. my training right now is going good. was down for a good bit but im slowly getting back up to were i want to be weight wise and strength wise, im back up to 185lbs, and my stats are slowly getting back to were they were before all my injuries, so im stayin positive! how are your goals since august?
Hector you're totally worth it man!!! I understand needing the motivation to keep going. Some days are just plain hard! But, think about how great you will look and FEAL when those pounds are gone! I'm here for ya!

Hey Hector it's not really that hard once you get by the first two weeks. I've lost about 25 lbs and I get CRAVINGS all the time so i take one day every 7 to 10 days to do so.
I have been on the WellnessPro system and couldn't ask for a better tasting shake when mixed right could almost pass for Dairy Queen vanilla shake UUUMMMM!!
