So I took the picture in my profile a while ago and back then I started to notice a six-pack coming and that put a smile in my face.
But then, a few weeks later I started to notice I was getting fatter (my guess was that it was due to drinking protein shakes and decreasing my cardio routine...
Nice work Hector. You have made alot of progress and some real nice gains. Chest is real huge now. You are doing real good. Keep up the awesome work, its working great for you.
haha well i do not really work them regularly at the moment. what i use to do was grab a weight and hold it behind my head while doing situps. I also did the leg raises for lower abs with a dumbell between my feet.
You have to make em grow!
your second from last progress picture is looking amazing mate. your arms look like theyve doubled in size. as long as u train regularly and eat an extra 500 calories a day, you will gain weight and some of it will be muscle. some will be fat but that can be burned later. brilliant progress!
Hi Hector, I think you look leaner in the most recent picture, but I do not see greater mass in your chest and arms. I know there was not much time difference between the two, so maybe now you are looking bigger.

hey you look great man! I´m sure you can get your dream body after a good bulking phase; the beginning is tough, but you have huge potential; btw, I always wanted to go to Cali; Germany is fine, but not really interesting...
Thanks for the pic comment mate but dont say that. never wish you were someone else. Ive been training for about 8 months now. Get it right and you could double my gains in that time. I wasted a lot of time. Hows training going anyways?
When i'm bulking i dont do any cardio at all. i just try and build as much muscle and strength (with a little fat) until i feel too fat, then i cut and do loads of cardio and lose the extra fat i gained during a bulk. ask me anything youve got problems with and i'll try to help
