Overall Goal: Back up to 215lbs...and yes...again I'm round. I've fallen off the wagon so to speak. I can' seem to find the motivation to get back into it. Hopefully I can soon, this is getting a little rediculouse. Time for a change, just need the how.

Started out getting in shape for police agency testing. I was 215lbs. and a little round, extremely out of shape.
Why I Love It:
The thrill, looking good, the exhiliration of where I can take it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Don't want to loose what I have accomplished so far, and also want to see how ripped I can get.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Not really full fledged injuries, just my body starting to complain telling me I need to back it off. I've had problem's w/ my wrists/forearms. I'm having problems w/ my left shoulder now for year. My off week was timed perfectly and I couldn't of planned it any better if I had control. Had to go across state for three days this week (day one today) for training. My dealer just got the Isuzu Medium duty franchise and I'm the guy they sent to train. Logical choise as I'm the one...

Ok so i took 2 scoops of NO Xplode just to give it a fair try.. and it was the most worthless thing ever?! NOTHING happened. When i first took 1 scoop of Superpump w/ my workout i could feel it, more energy, just able to do more push more.. and this no xplode crap, luckily someone gave me 2 scoops beacuse i would have dumped the tub out.. but that's my thoughts.. :)
Heard that excuse before! Weren't you the one telling me to keep plugging away? Anyway stopping to see the progress you've made always lifts the spirits when you've been focusing on your plateau.

Thanks Justin. Yes, I've hit my 10% BF goal! Now it's time to decide to bulk or continue the cut? I see that you have run into some hurdles with your training. You are doing the right things by changing up the exercises and weights to bust through them. Keep moving the iron, you have made great progress! -Jeff
