I want to lose fat, gain muscle, and look like a figure athlete!
Goal (Long):
After having a child almost 3 years ago, I have gained a considerable amount of weight. My goal is not necessarily to lose x amount of pounds, but more so body fat. I plan to get my body fat percentage checked soon, so I can know what to shoot for. I want my body to be developed like my favorite figure competitors : Mary Lado, Jennifer Gates, Gina Aliotti. I am entering the Body For Life Challenge to help me with motivation.

Girl.. mine would be soaking wet too... My hair is shoulder length.. however I sport a full weave.. its just easier..I wash it weekly..let it air dry.. wrap it at night and go. Convenience... priceless! lol Jazzy:)
It won't take long if you stick to it. I never worked out until November 26, 2007. I had no idea what I was doing. After fumbling around for a couple of months I hired a trainer and now I train her.
I also noticed you are from Alabama..me too ( and I used to be a teacher...)
Thanks for the comment! a 12 week transformation, I look forward to watching and transforming along with you! (that doesn't sound tooooo creepy right? LoL :D Keep on truckin'!!!
Didn't have too much of a problem. They're genetic.. but if you keep moisturized and don't fry in the sun too much you can prevent them from darkening.
