What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
behind the neck presses with heavy weight - by a long shot - your shoulders are in a really bad position and i know a lot of guys who have hurt themselves doing this exercise.
I've gained weight - work has been really hectic and i don't work a 9 to 5 job - it's more like 8 AM to 11 PM (on a good day). For example, I'll likely be up till the wee hours writing a grant proposal. So right now i'm angry as hell - but that's good motivation for me. Good workout at the...
i'm lifting good, trying to up the weight. I got a heavybag for boxing last week so my hands hurt, so I can't train some days.

Thanks. It is working better than I thought it would. I am really busy with my job, family, fitness and I am also a full time student with 1 year left. So, that's why I have not been on here to update regularly. I will have my wife take some pictures and post them. I am soooooo motivated now more than ever.
Yeah downtown is dying. Wolfchase & bartlett area are picking up. Training is back to usual, quick rebound from the sickness. Currently cutting again, got a log going in the supplement log section.
Haha I took all my pics down when people started googling me from my facebook or high school or work or whatever and asking me about the "muscle pics", asking why I wear a shirt in the Summer...etc. LAME. I wear it b/c I'm not big enough, of course YOU (and the heavywts) get that!

No i hate the city. Live in memphis for a year and moved back to the country. Im 20mins from anythign that resembles a city lol. Glad you had fun. Where exactly were all the empty store fronts though?
Well I'm currently jobless and I have the same (lame) excuse so what's MY problem, I ask? You have a great base built up over decades and I'm sure you will tune it rapidly when you get the time to focus on lifting and cardio more steadily. I need to get a savage muscle-building (not fat building) program going.
