I finally got tired of being so skinny.
Why I Love It:

Three days ago I began to take a creatine/glutamine supplement. So far I have not seen any distinct differences but I am hoping to make increased gains during the next month. After some research I decided to skip the loading phase and instead am taking a gradual 1 5mg dose a day. In the long run...
