I was really skinny as a kid and an ugly duckling. My father bought me some of Joe Weider's weight gainer, remember this was back in 97', and I started taking it and lifting. Stopped for a long minute and got back into it in Japan when a good buddy of mine had me crying when we worked out! But it was worth it..since then I got hooked.
Now I am finishing my certification in Sports Nutrition and am starting my Personal Training Certification. It is a challenge but this is what I would love to do after the military. Here where I am at and inside my occupation, my staus is that of the "go to guy" for the latest workouts, nutrition, and maintaining a positive attitude and keeping. The feeling is great on what working out can do.
Why I Love It:
It is a stress release art and I love the way I feel after an accomplishment. Meeting new positive people, attitude booster, and overall working out does not seem like it is just repping weight's or running on the treadmill or up the mountains, it becomes a way of life and becomes more spiritual. The feeling is great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Besides the mirror, Ronnie Coleman, Greg Plitt, Jamie Eason, Marzia Prince, All of the seasons of WORKOUT, Jackie Warner, Fitness Expo's in Los Angeles, Mr. Olympia Expo's, and overall the positive effect in the BODY, SPIRIT, AND MIND!
BB Accomplishments:
Last year I took fourth place in a bench pressing competition out of fifteen people. I know it was not first but give me a break. Three days later I was doing skull crushers at 120 lbs. and my elbow popped out. Let it heal and now I am motivated than ever.

NOTHING WILL EVER MAKE ME LOOSE FOCUS, NOT EVEN MIRAGE'S. SURROUNDED BY GREAT POSITIVE PEOPLE GETS ME MOTIVATED TO PUND THE IRON IN THE PIT BULL KENNEL. I HAVE NO TIME FOR GAMES!!!

This is called afteraction for the fact that I just went through a course for my job once again and now I am two weeks into bulking naturally without testerone boosters or anyother kind of bulking agents. However, I will be taking them shortly! Basically I been eating right and following...
ah ha!! Wellll, I never have bothered with weight/lb amounts when it comes to my goals, just as an occasional indicator of progress. I basically just set a time period based on what I've learned in the past with Josh, my mass phase will last about 2.5months, thats a decent amount of heavy training time. =0)

Ive been forcing myself to get in the gym and kill it. I have alot of stuff going on out of the gym, so Im not all there. Ill for sure be at the Expo again, hit me up when it gets closer. Hows your training?

i try to update with the body fat but it looks like it doesnt change it stay stuck on 29 even tho every trainer stated this cant be right in which the machine holds false readings more so if u have drank fluids or food so wed we did it again and it read the same he is like oh hell no the way u r dropping in inches etc u got to be an 18 or less so im looking into that water takn to get the true reading cuz its bs like he say..so im looking forward for the next 3 weeks again and see what is up...
ty for the compliments n yes i have been thru 4 back surgeries, being paralyzed n other surgeries, its a long story of hell but the devil got sick of seeing me he threw me back up lol n now im in heaven because off all the changes, this pic is a few wks ago but i got newer results n spring looks good so far 2 compete so im happy, if i loose u know i come out as a winner due 2 all i have suffered n i have reached my dreams that kept me down way 2 many times.. ty
