By being around my father, he was always working out. I always looked up to him, and when I turned 16 he took me under his wing and taught me workouts I still use on myself and others today. Now I hope to motivate him, to stay in great shape. The first time I trained to failure was with him when we got out first Scott Bench. Then when I got my first Gym membership I met a guy named Big Don, and he taught me more advanced and very crazy routines I trained with him for almost four years on and off. His mentor was Ed the Machine, who used to train with Larry Scott the first Mr. Olympia. Ed was the one who came up with the ratchet and I was lucky enough to have him and Don put me through it. Now I think most of my motivation comes from my cousin, he says I was one of the people that got him into this sport, and he has really turned into an inspiring person for me. I was very proud to see him on stage and come in first as far as my judging goes!
Why I Love It:
To me it is my way of living not just a hobbie, every meal and every workout is planned everyday. If I am traveling I make sure to take the proper tools needed to get my nutrition(protein shaker, protein, and amino acids)I am living off my results from this way of life through modeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know what it is like to be on the other side by people I know who have to take medication just to cope with life. These people never workout or monitor their food intake which leads to depression and other health problems.
BB Accomplishments:
Having an interest become a way of life, and all the great things I have because of it.
