First of all you are looking at old pics, I will post new ones this weekend, I have been too busy working out! Second of all I need to focus more on the ABS, how about we get some burn outs that focuses on our core.

When you dropped the weight did you use any fat burners or stacks? i di a drop from 253 to 219 but it was insanely unhealthy. i dnt really have a rush but i need to com down from 262 to 235

i saw your profile and it was like looking in a mirror, even my wife said it. i am a nsca cpt 6'2" but am at 262 23%. no excuses my diet as fallin by the wayside. but i have turn directions and am back on track and wqanted to say your pics motivated me. thank you!

Dude! You have more discipline in your little finger than most people have in there entire body. Trust me, if you were disciplined enough to transform your body the way you have, it's that same discipline that can help you prep for a competition. Believe it or not, 95% of the work is already done. Your current conditioning is at 3-4 weeks out mark. So be encouraged! Remember, you have a lot of people here who can give you advice on what you need to do to succeed. :)
