HOW I STARTED:

I started lifting to increase speed and power for sports in high school and have never really looked back.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like to be strong and look good as well as be explosive. I try to incorporate all of these goals into my lifting and workout regimen.

Christovski successful here as its a huge passion and part of my life. At the moment I'm just trying to figure out the initial output and the ongoing running costs then weight up the risks and see if its worth going for ! P.S. Christovski Thanks for the add... yeh my mrs I recently opened a cafe/deli and its doing really well so far. With the money we're making from that I've been looking at properties for a gym but my concern is that I'm putting my money into something that people dont necessarily need (when money is tight people still got to eat.. they dont necessarily "need" a gym membership tho)It's something I'd love to be able to make Oct 5, 2010 8:59am

OPSNORM When you dropped the weight did you use any fat burners or stacks? i di a drop from 253 to 219 but it was insanely unhealthy. i dnt really have a rush but i need to com down from 262 to 235 Jan 19, 2009 12:47pm

Abdominator Dude! You have more discipline in your little finger than most people have in there entire body. Trust me, if you were disciplined enough to transform your body the way you have, it's that same discipline that can help you prep for a competition. Believe it or not, 95% of the work is already done. Your current conditioning is at 3-4 weeks out mark. So be encouraged! Remember, you have a lot of people here who can give you advice on what you need to do to succeed. :) Jul 24, 2007 5:33am
