Reason: Only using when working out. Taste is not the best and tingly sensation from beta aline non existant now but seems to make recovery better and give a little more gas to the tank.

Reason: Picked it up on thanksgiving sale. Taste great and good when I can't eat a real food meal. I am trying to eat every 3 hours and I keep 1 scoop of this in a shaker in my car. Grab a 1 cup serv of skim milk and drink if I can't eat.
