Just the lifting part. I had a hard time sticking to the eating part over the month but it was not the program just my week will. I am back at work and trying to get back on track now. How are you doing

Hey hows the training going. I found a new love myself and its walking lol. I did my 1 year weigh in today after a month of vacation and I lost a total of 57 lbs since last years shutdown.
I have started training to walk some 5k 10k and a marathon at the end of nest summer its not running yet but I am getting there how about you any runs comming up???

NOPE I am working on modifying it a bit as I hurt my knee squating and cant do the chair dips but I will start it officially on the first of july

I am working with Michael Elias one if his trainees was helping me out here a lot fitnfirm and asked him to help me . He designed a workout and nutrition plan for me and said he will do so till I reach my goal. It has really helped alot I almosted doubled my weight loss weekly #'s with his help.

thanks yeah my leg workouts are fun lol and belive it or not at this weight I can still kick over my head (former martial arts training)I don't have the power I use to but comming down with an ax kick on someones shoulder might be fun lol thanks for the coments and I will post pics untill I am ripped so stick around
