How I Started:
I weighed 488lbs when I started lifting cause it is the only exercise I can do my back legs and knees cant handle any type of cardio but swimming and I ain't gettin in a bathing suit.
Why I Love It:
Because even though I am in pour shape I can still lift weight, years of carrying around all this weight has made me strong expecially in the legs.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife and my three kids are my motivation shes absolutly beautiful and my heart and soul.

Hi, Haven't heard from you in a long time. Been wondering how goes the battle. I took the Buy Out July 6, 2008. I have since worked numerous temp. jobs. I am returning to school next month! Been training seriously over the last 9 wks. So nice out this weekend going to do a 10 km run tonight!! Let me know how you are doing. Hope you have been able to keep up with the plan..
