How I Started:
I'm a former gymnast and NCAA Div I basketball player and have aways been active, as well as competitive. I enjoy the sense of empowerment and transformation involved with training and dieting.
Why I Love It:
I love the physical and spiritual outlets associated with training. I also love the look of a well-conditioned physique. The level of discipline, organization, and intensity enhance every every element of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm addicted! I can't imagine life without exercise- it's just always been my outlet. Improvement and refinement are ALWAYS poossible. I enjoy the challenge of the work involved.
BB Accomplishments:
I won my class in my first show (Rocky Mntn 2006)and took 2nd in my second show (CO Pro Show, Pro-AM 2007). Most recently, I took 2nd place in the 2009 Arnold Amateur, Class D Figure.
I've just started my contest prep and am currently training 4 days on 1 day off: Quads/Delts,Chest,Tris/Hams,Glutes/Back, Rears,Bis/off. I am doing 45 min of fasted low-intensity cardio (gotta love the step-mill :) and a 1/2 hr of PWO HIIT.
Heather, how are you? Awesome legs! I am working on bring my body fat down to 7%. I was 21% and currently at 15%. Keep up the great hard work. Awesome physique you have.

bodybuild but sadly work took over life and nowadays don't get to train
that often.Am hitting the gym again now, lets see where that takes
me.Always admired those who stuck it out and achieved their goal, and
