Background

When I Started: Jun 2005
HOW I STARTED:

I'm a former gymnast and NCAA Div I basketball player and have always been active, as well as competitive. I enjoy the sense of empowerment and transformation involved with training and dieting.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love the physical and spiritual outlets associated with training. I also love the look of a well-conditioned physique. The level of discipline, organization, and intensity enhance every every element of life.

I've just started my contest prep and am currently training 4 days on 1 day off: Quads/Delts,Chest,Tris/Hams,Glutes/Back,Rears,Bis/off. I am doing 45 min of fasted low-intensity cardio (gotta love the step-mill :) and a 1/2 hr of PWO HIIT.
