When I Started:

How I Started:
I'm a former gymnast and NCAA Div I basketball player and have aways been active, as well as competitive. I enjoy the sense of empowerment and transformation involved with training and dieting.
Why I Love It:
I love the physical and spiritual outlets associated with training. I also love the look of a well-conditioned physique. The level of discipline, organization, and intensity enhance every every element of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm addicted! I can't imagine life without exercise- it's just always been my outlet. Improvement and refinement are ALWAYS poossible. I enjoy the challenge of the work involved.
BB Accomplishments:
I won my class in my first show (Rocky Mntn 2006)and took 2nd in my second show (CO Pro Show, Pro-AM 2007). Most recently, I took 2nd place in the 2009 Arnold Amateur, Class D Figure.
