Overall Goal: I have already lost the weight that I had put on over the last three years, but now I want to get into figure competitions and I am trying to get more defined.
Fit Status:

I got up off the couch one day and said I need to get back in shape and get rid of the excess pounds I put on.
Then in January 2008 I met Dave Andreiw at work, and he really inspired me to be in the best shape ever.
Why I Love It:
I feel great, look great and have 10 times more confidence and energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Anything to piss off my ex husband.
BB Accomplishments:
I began working out in October 2007 and I went from 148 lbs to 120 lbs. I went from a size 6 to a size 2. Unfortunately, I am back to 130 and stuck. I am upping my workouts, changing my diet and supplements.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat eggs daily and take protein supplements. I usually eat chicken breast, turkey or fish for lunch and dinner. I try to avoid unneccessary carbs like bread, potatoes, rice and pasta. I do not add salt or sugar to any food I consume. I take multi-vitamins and pre-workout boosting supplements. I eat fruit and veggies like candy. As of 11/12/09, I am switching up my diet. Fish or chicken breast, plenty of veggies like fresh spinach and raw broccoli. What happened since April 2009 - I gained 12 pounds??? How is this possible? Well, I think my metabolism has changed a little with my age. I think your doing an outstanding job. Your progress pictures show your hard work paying off. But I think your profile pic showing your smile is the best one. Your smile is breath taking.
