When I Started:
Oct, 2004
How I Started:
I've always been athletic and loved sports.
Why I Love It:
It fuels me. Working out helps me relieve stress, I enjoy a little pain from time to time - it makes me feel tough! I also of course love the outcome of developing sweet definition.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm very competitive. I want to look my best and be healthy. There is no choice, either work out and be fit or be a fatass... So I work out as much as possible. Also seeing all these girls on here that look awesome, I want to be one of those girls! Plus, I'm almost a certified Personal Trainer, so of course I have to be fit to do that! And last but definitely not least, my motivator is no doubt the great Phil Valenti!
BB Accomplishments:
I'm just really starting back, right now I'm focused on trying not to hurt my knee and ankles again. I'm preparing for my 1st competition, so I don't have any accomplishments YET, but hopefully that will change very soon!!

Get in shape for competition in March! I HAVE to eat healthier - which is the hardest goal for me to achieve, but now I have some motivation to help me do that - You know who You are!!!
Goal (Long):
I've started back to school, and I am taking really hard classes that keep me STRESSED! So I guess I can diagnose myself as an emotional eater. So one of my main goals is to control what I put into my mouth and eat smaller portions. I also find it hard to have time to work out, but I try to fit it into my schedule as much as possible. Right now I am focusing on listening to my body - I used to overtrain and I ended up injuring my knee, ankles and elbows! Yea I messed just about everything up. 12 years of soccer may also have something to do with my lower body injuries! But in the long run, I hope to really stay disciplined with training and possibly someday model! I am now also going to compete in my first figure, so I have to kick ass!
Glad to see you are getting healthy again. How is the new gym that you got for X-Mas? Once you are healed I am looking forward to seeing your transformation :) Have a great one!! -Phil
