i do my workout my way so dont comment on the what muscle i work on the same day  * i always do warmup sets bench press - 2 sets incline press - 2 sets decline flyes - 2 sets wide grip pulldown - 2 sets db rows - 2 sets deadlifts - 2 sets   minutes : 5 warm up                33 weights                15 weighted jumprope                5 cooldown

see saw- 3 sets upright row - 3 sets  rear lat raise - 3 sets overhead barbell press - 3 sets   total minutes: 5 minutes warm up                      25 minutes weights                      10 minutes wighted jump rope                      5 minutes cook down
