Been long time writing.I've been playing basketball on thursdays and sundays.LIFTING on mondays regular and wednesday and friday ,not very motivated.In short my goals are not being met! Wish me luck that I can find the motivation to get in better shape!thanks!

hello bro im going well but im losing weight too quickly and my diet is alittle off aswell. As for motivation well im still moving forward bro. Just my trainer she wants to eat abit more protein and carbs and get my energy levels up. because if i drop weight too quickly ill lose my strength and muscle size and mass
