I just want to lose weight and get in shape.
Mainly for the sports I play,"basketball and softball".I'm 6'4 around 290 and 26% bodyfat.
Love to be around 260 and close to idea bodyfat %
I usually start off with heavy flat approx 5 working sets then I will drop down to 225 and just rep it out for a set or 2 . I do 3 - 4 sets of moderate Inclines. Then either Machine press or declines. and the last thing is either flyes or pec deck just for a little burn/pump.

good been switching my owrkouts up ever so often 8 to 12 weeks they say it good to keep your body not knowing what your doin lol. you play b ball or anything like that right niow?
lifting going well been lifting 4 to 5 days week since june and walkin 3 to 4 mile 5 to 6 day week since then too. Been gain lot ofstrength . But not as much is showing that id like .glad to see you lifting again do you play any sport during the winter . How the weather there it cold at night warmer during day here right now.
