How I Started:
Well i always liked to be strong because of sports so once i was done with my high school athletics i just kept with weight training. It was an off and on attempt.
Why I Love It:
I love working out and being bigger because it's a great confidence booster. It has a lot of benefits too. I am stronger because of it. People respect you more when you are bigger and keep up on yourself. It makes me feel disciplined and accomplished. It's a healthy addiction i guess.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i just think of the things in my past that set me off and i just do work on weights. And when you see gains, you just keep going.

I have never been one to carry around a notepad and log everything. It's just a let down when you are ghosting yourself and can't make gains. So i go by feeling and strength. Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Arnold. I liked his phsyique because it had a more natural look to it. He had some very symetrical muscles.I know he roided, but still he wasn't too big.
