Overall Goal: I want to compete in Muscle Beach Cali in 2008 and in IronMan FitXpo
Fit Status:
Everything is going good so far, getting ready for the summer with super-sets and more cardio, also increased fight training. Can't complain
Well, I started when I was 11, we all know about the "fat-kid" in school, lol so I just wanted to loose some weight, and I just got hooked. I had an accident when i was 19 and it almost took my years of training and everything away from me, surgery is tough, so i had to start from scratch and we all know its hardest the first time but its harder to do it all over again trying to nurse injury.
Why I Love It:
I love the way i feel every time i hit the gym and the feeling of power running through my veins, like an animal i have become.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror and I hate myself, there's nothing better than being hard on yourself.

Goal (Long):
After my surgery and all those boring "laying in bed healing" process i found myself in some serious ****. The hard earned abs and ripped muscles were all gone, so I had to take ction, and what is some action taken unless i can show off and win some titles.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 8 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%

Ok, so my workout program...hmmm...well, currently i am on this one which i would like to call EXTREME CUTS and SPLIT-PUMP CYCLE.
Just to let everyone know that i have always chalked out my own workout program myself and it suits me perfect. So, to begin with, here are the splits...
Thanks! I'm only reaching for the best, nothing can hold me back now!! I really like your 'what motivates me, forum signature...' etc. section. You seem so motivated! I love lifting too, its like I can drive from work to the gym feeling so lethargic, but I get in there, and the second I start to pick up the weights, I feel that animalistic power! And its time to rage! Love it. Totally the best high right there! =)
I completely understand. I just went through similar things that made me change my mind about competing this September, but hopefully in a few months I'll be able to....and you too! Take care and be strong!
