I never could do a pushup before, lol. That may be lame but its true. Now that I lost fat and gained some muscle i can do about 20. Still working on it!

I worked late last night and didn't get home till about 1:30am and slept at 3:30 am, I know I know it isn't good to sleep like that but asjsdfjasdlk it sucks. I woke up at 5:30am, showered and then had my whey shake. I planned on going to the local flea market to sell some stuff, didn't go so...
It wasn't my intention to drop so much so fast but, I'll take it. You seen to doing great 14 Lbs is a great accomplishment. When I hit 15 I was stuck there for a few days, so I eat some semi-fatty food then hit the gym hard and the weight start falling off again. Keep it up!
