healthymom87 Day two, Didn't realize how mad my body would be at me for letting myself go. Protein shake for Breakfast along with hyper shred.

  • I had let my self go, re-attacked it 3 weeks ago and I could hardly walk or put a shirt on for days. But thanks to the protein, I feel good now! Keep going, your body will be thanking you soon! :D
