How I Started:
the job i had at the time offered membership to the ymca and thats how i started worked out five days a week for about six months and went from 195 to 160 that was a big improvement for me now i started working for the department of corrections and basically quit working out but now i have started back about a month now my current weight is 178
Why I Love It:
to live a healthier life style and also to get stronger and gain muscle
