I love the "journey" or "Quest" if you will. Bodybuilding is not about getting up on stage and displaying your physique. Bodybuilding is about living a lifestyle that is passionate, inspirational, and most of all Healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
Always look to the next big goal. No matter how big or how small. The next show, the next race, the next certification, what have you.

"As long as we honor God, nothing is impossible NOTHING!" - Facing the Giants
I love the word "Athlete" The only way to make it better is to put the word "Professional" in front of it. It is a dream come true for me to have earned the Title "Pro Natural Bodybuilder" I am 36 years old, I have only been Bodybuilding for 7 years now and I feel like my best years a ahead of me. I want to make my first Pro Show a memorable one and would love to do my part to make Natural Bodybuilding a recognized, mainstream sport.
One of my two longest standing and best friends in bodybuilding. His faith in God is contagious as is his positive outlook and dependability. If i'm going to war, I want Ken by my side.
Skip was very instrumental in getting me started in bodybuilding in 2002. It's because of his passion to help and motivate others that I am where I am today. Thanks Skip!!!

“This is going to be too damn hard,” I remember thinking to myself that Sunday afternoon. Looking back now, of course it was going to be hard, nothing monumental is ever easy or it would...
I am using mostly Maximum Overload Training. My rep range right now is 4-6. If I get more than 6, then I go up. Just taking it slow, I have 40 weeks to Evansville.
I am a RKC so I do Kettlebell workouts every night.
Thanks Brad! I look forward to sharing the stage with you as I respect your physique and you as a person. It will be a blast hanging out with you and the guys backstage in September!
Of course! I'm currently prepping for my first show (OCB Indiana) then plan to add some more size in a few lagging areas.
You're currently prepping for a show now too, aren't you?
