I love the "journey" or "Quest" if you will. Bodybuilding is not about getting up on stage and displaying your physique. Bodybuilding is about living a lifestyle that is passionate, inspirational, and most of all Healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
Always look to the next big goal. No matter how big or how small. The next show, the next race, the next certification, what have you.

The Week I Became a Pro Bodybuilder and RKC
By Brad Loomis RKC
WNBF Professional Bodybuilder
“This is going to be too damn hard,” I remember thinking to myself that Sunday afternoon. Looking back now, of course it was going to be hard, nothing monumental is ever easy or it would...
I am using mostly Maximum Overload Training. My rep range right now is 4-6. If I get more than 6, then I go up. Just taking it slow, I have 40 weeks to Evansville.
I am a RKC so I do Kettlebell workouts every night.
I got 4th out of 4. I can't complain though. I think I was the only competitor who borrowed a suit, didn't have a trainer, and hadn't invested in a larger chest. I felt really good and I was proud of myself. I will have to come see you in Sac on Sept 2009
just checkin in Brad, got a run in this morning, work upper bod this am and legs tonight. need to overtrain a little since I have undertrained all my life. time to DO IT. Peace, Rich
tnx 4 the add as well, man, there is a joy in encouraging to be, challenging to do, and inspiring to dream. The Lord gives for us to invite others to join in building an awesome temple physically and spiritually. Peace, Rich
ahhh. thanks! I am loving it as well. My abs arent where i want them to be, but they are so 'big' I think people underestmate how ripped they are. When i lean down (ill start with cardio soon) they are gonna pop. How are you?
I was really dry still; I drank Pedialite that night. And you look really lean....lol. Incredible!!! I ordered a CD w/ the show pictures and I'm sure it will be here in a week or so. The pics they post on thier website are not up yet. And of course, they will only be group photos. As soon as I get 'em I'll post 'em.
I placed 9th out of 10. I really didn't prepare like I needed. However, I have a show on June 13th, and I am going to train really hard. I learned a ton from my first show. It was a big show with a lot of competition.
Just noticed your comment LOL. Good talkin with ya today. Checked out that Youtube video of your back workout. Gotta love the "haters" comment. Means your doing something right. Rock It Steady!
