I am feeling really strong and sore at the same time! I have done all three of my workout programs and I am rocking it. LiveFit - legs today was amazing. I feel very strong and really squeezed my bum tight to get that nice lift. I feel good about my last week on LiveFit training! BodyRock - another booty workout and it was awesome. 12 minutes that really work me and make me sweat a lot! Jackie Warner 10x10 - Day 1 just started but it was tough. So yesterday I was helping my daughter with her soccer dribbling and just all around being more aggressive with the ball handling and I managed to get the ball away from her and she body slammed!  Granted she only weighs 105 pounds, but she is boney and it hurt!  Well I don't know how or why - considering this is my 11th week with LiveFit and I thought I was starting to be pretty fit, but my back is killing me this morning.  I am going to take the day off and get back to it... Day 72 LiveFit Arms/Abs circuit was pretty good - I could really feel it and strained in the last set but put everything in it to finish! My cardio rocked I power walked for 2.25 miles and sprinted 1 whole mile - I haven't sprinted in forever! I am doing really awesome - pat my own back! Week 4 Day 4 BodyRock Stronger workout - was a freaking killer! I really hate tuck jumps! They kill me every time, but at least I lift my knees high! 24 rounds 10/30: push up + burpee + tuck jump - 6 high knees... Go to BodyBlog

Wylie11 I LOVE all the protien bar recipes- except carrot:)! The reason I was craving chocolate so bad yesterday was cuz i cut my lunch starch and morning oats- learned that there are no shortcuts! I ended up settling for a couple 80% dark chocolate squares and a chocolate protien bar but not cutting any more starches unless instructed, it just leads to trouble! Apr 24, 2012 1:12pm
