Anyways, it looks like you're staying consistent so far in your weight loss goal, I hope you're able to keep the arc in a downward motion. :) Your numbers look pretty good so far too, keep at it! LOL well at least they are somewhat active. I have a couple of grandkids that love to do things athletic with me, too bad I only see them once every couple of months. I think given the chance my granddaughter would work out with me every day. :)

I understand. It's hard though because it is what you want. I want to take my physique to the next level but I am not supported as far as amount of time I can be at the gym and what I can spend on supplements.
