Workout Program:
Currently doing Bill Starr's Intermediate 5x5 that I got from madcow on Geocities. Gonna do this at least through May before I switch up anything new.

I'm doing this program because even though I like Cosgrove's programs, they kill me. Metabolically I have to eat more to support the workout (Not good when the overall goal is to lose weight) and they seem to do a number on my immune system. I spent the first three months of this year feeling like crap and being sick. Maybe it's not the workout but I'm to the point where I don't want to be sick anymore, want to see some freaking progress, and think it's better to do a workout that I can easily support with diet. So I'm going back to what I know works - 2000 calories a day and lifting heavy.

I think the key is finding the balance that works right for you.
