My boyfriend bought a home gym and I started messing with it. It gave me the first real change in my body in a long time.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong. I like that the discipline that I've implemented in my life in regards to lifting is starting to spread into other areas of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Progress pictures and measurements. I'm new to this so I see a lot of changes every month. I love seeing the changes in my body.
BB Accomplishments:
Deadlifting 205 lbs for a 1 RM after starting with 7.5 lb dumbbells a year ago.
Yeah yeah yeah I know its 4 days into July, but my life outside the internet has been keeping me busy.
Working with Leigh is paying off big time. With her guidance, I've taken off 13 lbs in the month of June and several inches. It's the most progress I've seen in a while.
