When I Started:
Jun, 2008
How I Started:
I've been working out on and off since high school. I've never had a real "plan" when it came to it. I just sort of did the same one or two routines over and over again and seemed to plateau all the time. I started taking it more seriously in order to get the results that I'm looking for.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good. Better about the way I feel and the way I look. I want to be healthy and in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I motivate myself by feeling better and being healthier.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Brad Pitt from a few years ago. His six-pack was quite something. Also, Mark Walhberg from when he was younger and modeling. Fit as ever.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Pulled a muscle. It happens usually either in the shoulder, arm or chest. It usually never lasted more than a few days. I just didn't work that muscle for a few days and let it rest. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not having properly warmed up or given the muscles enough time to recover.
Well, it's been almost six weeks that I've been off now due to school, work and some family issues. I finally set up my equipment at home and am ready to start the Starting Strength routine. I tweaked up my diet for a clean bulk and re-organized my schedule to accommodate my workouts and try to...
That's great man. Glad it's working out for you. I hope SS gets you the results you're looking for as well. Where are you headed for vacation?
Everything is going well. Still increasing my lifts in the gym. My weight on the scale is coming along rather slowly though. I really need to put up some more recent pics on my BS.
I didn't realize you had a blog going. I'll have to check that out. Good luck with SS when you get back.
Thanks for the comments man. I try to eat as healthy as possible, but at the same time, I'm trying to eat anything and everything I can get my hands on. It's really hard for me to gain weight, so I don't put any restrictions on my caloric intake. I'll PM you more stuff on my diet and my routine.
