When I Started:
How I Started:
I got started when I was about 13. My brother and his friends were always lifting and I wanted to be like them, so I started to lift and run. So it's been off and on since then.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because of the way it makes me feel and the self esteem booster it gives me. I have so much more energy and a more positive attitude towards everything in life. Also to fit in clothes and a bathingsuit without having to think about how i'm going to squeeze in them!

I haven't accomplished anything major right now but I have always wanted to be a fitness model. That would be a major accomplishment to me!
This was taken last August and from here I gained 22lbs from being layed off and being lazy till April 2009
This pic is taken after I had lost the weight I gained while being layed off and I weigh 4lbs less than the pic from august. I have lost 26lbs so far!!!!

Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be fitness model. I know that I can lose this fat and be a more healthy and energetic person. I want to lose the fat that I have and be able to go to the store and fit into a size 6 or 8 jean. Even at my little size and I was pretty muscular and had a six pack I stilled weighed more than my friends so i don't want to go by a number on the scale but by how I can fit into clothes. I would love to achieve this challenge by the first of the year(2010)! I know I can with hard work and clean eating! I also want the energy to keep up with my daughter. I want to be able to do the things I used to without losing my breath. I want to be active again!
Hi if anyone could give me some advice on eating clean and when and what to eat to lose some major weight! Is it okay to eat fruit when your first dieting or changing your eating habits? And also is it okay to do some interval training in the morning and then some steady cardio in the evening or...

I would like nothing more than to see you achieve your fitness goals and/or dreams. Following the 12 week Body for Life program allowed my wife (bodyspace: judimax) to go from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and me to lose over 50 lbs and go from 36% to 10% bodyfat.
