If you want to know how to best gain muscle, I think the key is intensity in the gym -- more important than consistency. Because you could be consistent but if you aren't intense nothing will change. For example, I do a lot of supersets. If you feel the burn and agony during sets, that means keep going! Remember what Arnold said in Pumping Iron, about how the bodybuilders are separated from the non-bodybuilders? Then you'll gain muscle :-D Good luck!
Thanks for the great compliments :) It means alot to me. As far as tips, I have some blogs about diet posted and starting tomorrow, I will be uploading my workouts in the video section of my profile. All I can say is be consistent and lift heavy :)
