Never had spent a day in hospital until I got appendicitus (on my birthday!) last year. Wanted to be more and feel more healthy. Caught a glimpse in a full length hotel mirror and realized that "Hope" was not my best strategy.
Why I Love It:
A great stress reliever. Met some great people in the gym as well, and starting to show others a few things. I am happy with how my body and my soul are responding. In for cardio every morning, back for wieghts at night
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes. Comments from others, keeping up with others in contest prep (Go Carla!).
BB Accomplishments:
Starting and keepin on keepin on

After a few months of training, and no idea what I was doing with diet
I know there is a six pack under all this stuff somewhere. I now live and eat clean and want to stay that way.
I have reached a plateau and I am looking for a way to break through...
Just returned from a week in Japan. I went over with 4 other collegues that don't know what to make of my fitness habits. They all joined me ... only once for a morning workout. Oh well, at least they came once.
Japan is a very liquor centric culture, ever dinner starts off with a toast...
um, I was able to get superean for my 1st show a year aho in august. Now I have more muscle base, so all I have to do is start lifting lighter, more reps, little less food and bam......get jacked
Thank you so much for the encouraging words, and also for your friendship, it is much appreciated. You have accomplished with your transformation! I am in month 7 of mine, and your words are motivational so thank you. I see we are the same height too - best wishes to you for continued success...

Hey, Rob! You're looking super lean in your last few progress pics....and those shoulders are popping out. Your v-taper has come in nicely, too. You look great! I hope your back is doing better :)
Rob, you have made a lot of progress. I can't see your lower extremeties but I assume they are as conditioned as your upper body. Keep doing what you are doing:-) Seriously, you seem to know exactly what to do! Keep me posted and be careful with your back!
Hey! Thanks for the compliment - that's so encouraging to hear that cause sometimes you can't tell how much progress you're actually making. I'm glad you're feeling better - injuries really just hinder everything. I used to get so down during injuries. Hope you have a great weekend!
Just unpacked the last box yesterday. Now only have a little bit of organizing left to do and about 6loads of laundry. Glad all that is over with! How is the training going? Well have a great weekend!
Happy Training :)
