I had a rough fall/winter -- packed on about 30 pounds and didn't work out (ate horribly!) I've lost 15 pounds and would like to lose another 15 within the next couple of months. The first 15 came off REALLY fast but now it seems as though I'm starting to plateau. :(

Where do you get your supps? I'm still learning about all this stuff. I used to use Labrada protein shakes. I recently bought some two different kinds of muscle milk products. One for right after working out and the other is just for a meal replacement. It's cake batter...VERY GOOD!

Well, thanks! Unfortunately, I look more like what I did back in December of 2007. I worked so hard and now I'm back to square 1, which makes it even harder to get motivated. But I'm getting back there slowly but surely! ;)

I've really been struggling with the summer workouts! I just can't seem to get myself motivated. Unfortunately, I lose in the winter and gain in the summer -- you'd think it would be the other way around!!! How about you? You look great!

Hey Jodi! So, I found out last week that they postponed the competition I've been training for until September 27! How do you handle your cravings after you've been on such a strict diet? I've already gained all the weight that I lost back (plus some) YIKES! I need words of encouragement! How's the training going for you? Are you competing May 31st and June 7? I plan to attend one of those (maybe both). I'd love to meet you! Good luck!
