I've always had an interest in working out but didn't start lifting weights until January of 2006 when my ex-boyfriend introduced me to the strength training world.
Going to the gym is the one place where I can get away from everything in life and take out my frustration by pumping some iron!
Why I Love It:
It gives me a great high! I love seeing positive changes within my body -- it also pumps up my self-esteem! I love receiving compliments in the gym!
How I Stay Motivated:
It's VERY hard at times. I try and stay focused on my goals and the potential outcome. I don't have a problem when it comes to working out hard core but I do struggle with the diet!
BB Accomplishments:
In Progress!

Right now I weight train 3 days a week and do cardio everyday. For example:
Monday: Legs and Shoulders/Cardio
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Back and Biceps/Cardio
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Chest and Triceps/Cardio
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Light Cardio (something fun -- outside)
Awe that's too bad, maybe we can share the stage in September???
Oh! Supps, I like syntha 6 protein shakes once or twice a day...my favorite is Metrx meal replacements...I put 1/4 cup milk in them and stir them up like a pudding--its a nice treat once a day! That's all the supps I use besides BCAA's, Flax oil, and Glutamine...what do u use???
well then, I AM HERE TO MOTIVATE YOU!!!!!
maybe, ya I can identify, it can be tough to get motivated sometimes, it has helped me to simply have a weekly routine, come home from work, gym, eat, sleep....but everyone is different, hopefully you can find some consistency, but you look great either way!!!
Sometimes little things get in the way of our goals, that will happen! You have the determination to step right back in!! Sweat like you have never sweated before, now that feels good! talk later, see ya.
Hi there Haley; You have some awesome pics displayed. Good luck at your upcoming competition..... Well, it's a big weekend in Indy this time of year. Best regards, Scott
