LiftHeavyStuff yeah it's fine if you skip the am cardio.. I mean it's better if you can do something in the am like on weekends.. or maybe squeeze something in.. even 15 mins.. but of course time is an issue.. I've skipped cardio before and still have great results, doing your cardio after weights is fine.. and maybe you can do 25 or 30 mins then to help.. but you won't hurt your progress much if at all ir everything else is in place (diet and weights) :) Jan 4, 2012 6:58am

LiftHeavyStuff I saw your question on the BBD goup page about cardio.. maybe there is a set of stairs you can use.. up and down for 20 mins.. that's sufficient.. or a brisk walk near home.. but the steps will work fine.. Jan 3, 2012 12:18pm
