hbubble Ran 9.01 miles in 1 hour 39 mins tonight...aiming to do full 13 by Monday for next Saturdays half marathon....goal is to do half in <2 hrs
May 9, 2013 | Likehbubble Did back and bis today...fixing to go run for an hour outside I promised a coworker I'd do wounded warriors 1/2 marathon on 18th...help!!
May 7, 2013 | Likehbubble Superset tied chest w tris tonight then followed up w sprints on treadmill at 2.5 incline at 8.5 mph...lemon protein bars in the oven...yum!
May 6, 2013 | Likehbubble Eggs...oatmeal...coffee....shower....then Gym time for legs and shoulders!!!!! Lets do this!!!! Happy Sunday :-)
