How I Started:
I always admire bodybuilders. I see them as works of art and how they make a impressive impression. I started working out in 2004 for like a year. Stopped for a "long" break. I became over weight, and I told myself that this is NOT the life I want. I wanted to change. Only this time, sticking to my routine. So started again this past May of 2008.
Why I Love It:
It releaves stress on my behalf, its fun, and keeps me motivated.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting short obtainable goals and accomplishing them one after the other. Always looking for a challenge.
BB Accomplishments:
My waist line. I'm very proud of myself because I was always the one looking at the pros with six-packs and I use to say to myself, "I can never get to that level". Well, I did.

-Protein Whey. Digests quickest to help aid muscle recovery
