Really good.
I have been training really heavy.
I have up my cardio to drop some of the water weight I was carrying.
I lost 8 lbs of water in 2.5 weeks.
By christmas I want to get down to 220 under 10% body fat. So I really can have a jump on the 2010 season and peak early and hold it.

you are already lean so if you lift heavy your body will add muscle bcaa might be what you are missing they are a must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lift heavy you can add some muscle with this diet add 2-4 bcaa with food meals you will see the difference.

yea thanks.
But I am really trying to bring just a little more muscle hardness in my legs,hams and calves.
I know I have add some muscle taking a year off.
I can not wait to see what improvements I have made once my body fat is super low.
I never do lunges but I have included them in my routine to tighten up the glutes and hams.
