How I Started:
Playing Football in highschool I loved weight training. And a close friend helped me understand how to prepare for competion.
Why I Love It:
Changing my body with dieting and training. I miss playing Football,Bodybuilding is a challenge that I can try to run over everyday and competions are the Friday nights to score TDS.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have learned to compete against myself everyday in the gym,I can not see my competion until the show. So I try to challenge myself to improve every time in the gym.

240-245 lbs 20% body fat. Strong like an ox, but built like a linebacker not a bodybuilder.
I lots about 63 lbs in 6-7 months. 182lbs the Friday night before my first show.Won 1st place Novice Middle Weight and Novice champion. This was a life change and have been competing since.

I am back from IFBB SA’s. I got a controversial 3rd place. I don’t want to go in to the whole issue. The decision has been made and nothing can change it. No need for me to rumble on about the issue.
