Popped my shoulder just tryin to regain my strength

Have been working out now for 2 years started at 100kg of fat and got down to 77kg of leaness bulked up to 87kg and BANG tore my left shoulder out of the socket and tore my leybrum. has been 4 months now only just started back on the upper body hopefully can gain some size

Sorry to hear about the injury matt! Hope you have a speedy recovery :) But there is a silver lining.. the cardio will be a bonus helping to increase your cardiovascular system and help with better definition. Get well soon! I'm kind struggling the last month or so.. it's summer here and there are too many distractions..lol
