Sorry to hear about the injury matt! Hope you have a speedy recovery :) But there is a silver lining.. the cardio will be a bonus helping to increase your cardiovascular system and help with better definition. Get well soon! I'm kind struggling the last month or so.. it's summer here and there are too many distractions..lol
hey, thanks for ur comment! yeah any tips u have would be awesome! im just doing a bit of training at the moment, but not too sure on what specifics i should be doing or how much..
mainly im trying to run, doing abs push ups sit ups..
Hey neighbour. Damn people living close to me are seeing that I'm on here, I hope no one I know finds out (hahaha). Yeah, doing the Kakoda challenge, but in all honesty I haven't been training for it a whole lot. Is it your partner that's doing it? Has she been training. Yeah! As embarassing as it is I agree, Pumping Iron is the bomb, an all-time classic. Your looking good, your lats and chest are coming along solidly.
I think my chest looks the way it does is because I used to do a lot of pushups every week for years. You can kind of tell in my "before" shot. I wrote a blog entry about it if you're curious. Now I pretty much stick to incline, decline, and flat benching with dumbbells, dips, and pushups. I've stayed away from barbell benching now that I don't have a spotter.
Welcome. Congrats on reaching your short term goals already and well on way to long ones. I'm doing OK. Feb. A bad month. Slipped on patch of ice and fell on my back and my left arm underneath it. Out of commission for two weeks but getting better and then caught a whopper of a cold. AH the Great Canadian Winters and this year it is one. Freezing rain last night and city one big ice rink and saying maybe up to 50 cent. of snow by Friday. GOTTA LUV THIS PLACE. HA lol...Andre
Weight is down and definition certainly way up. Wouldn't worry about gaining a bit of BF while bulking. Once you start cutting after and a bit of cardio will take care of that easily. Have fun with the bulk. Andre
Training as always is going really well!:)
What kind ofa bulk are you doing..not the junk food bulk? lol..you prob are already doing it but what about a clean bulk? that should help I would think w/ limiting your increase in bodyfat.
