first off let me say that the plan I was trying was a bit too extreme for me at this point . Im not going to be in a figure competition anytime soon so I dont need to eat like I am. So I spent some time here on the site and I think Jamie Eason has the most realistic meal plan. Working out hasnt been a problem for me so far. I decided to make this year the year to hit my goals as far as weight loss and exercise, So like thousands of other people I decided to join the Bodybuilding Transformation Challenge for 2013. Ive been lifting and going to the gym somewhat regularly for 2 years. This competition has motivated me to not only get the weight off and build some muscle but to start using this site more regularly.
