Looking to lose all the fat and pack on some muscle.
Goal (Long):
Currently trying to lose 50 pounds of body fat, then gain 60 pounds of muscle. Definitely looking to transform my problem areas (thighs, butt & especially abs) and I can't wait to get some decent looking triceps back.
I missed Friday's workout because I wasn't feel too hot, so I made up for it by hitting the gym both days this weekend. I'm feeling really good about the progress I have made as far as attitue and commitment. Hopefully soon I will see the physical changes that I'm...
You don't look 'fat' buddy. You only need to tone up what you already have now. I was 14 stone and its been hard to lose some weight over the short time I have been training (5 weeks) I was I had a start picture like yours. I'll keep tabs on you, if you do the same. I need someone to keep me at it! :-)

What worked for me and allowed me to achieve my fitness dreams and lose over 50 lb’s, and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks was following the Body for Life program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. I find that you get the best results by following a well-designed program and that is what I found with BFL. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
