What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
All you need is weights and cardio equipment. Not much else needed. Sauna, Steamroom and pool are a nice thing to have though

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Loads of different machines and free weighs make the gym perfect for me. Plus since I work out at 1 a.m. I don't have to worry too much about machines being used.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My injury was more from cardio then lifting. I tried to go to fast and too hard on the treadmill before I was ready and ended up tearing my calf muscle. Took over a year to get better and every now and again the pain will flare up. It never quite healed completelyMy injury was more from cardio then lifting. You don't look 'fat' buddy. You only need to tone up what you already have now. I was 14 stone and its been hard to lose some weight over the short time I have been training (5 weeks) I was I had a start picture like yours. I'll keep tabs on you, if you do the same. I need someone to keep me at it! :-)

What worked for me and allowed me to achieve my fitness dreams and lose over 50 lb’s, and go from 36 to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks was following the Body for Life program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. I find that you get the best results by following a well-designed program and that is what I found with BFL. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
