How I Started:
I got into bodybuilding by accident. I was running track in high school and wanted to become faster at the 100 meter dash. I figured the only way to get faster was to go to the gym and start training my legs so that they could get bigger and stronger. I liked working out so much that I started to train my entire body. I eventually dropped off the track team and focused on bodybuilding 100 percent. I love it and plan to continue until GOD says enough.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because I am able to set personal goals. It has made me a better person physically as you can see, mentally and socially.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by doing bodybuilding shows and helping others achieve personal goals. My wife and boys also motivate me to be the best that I can possibly be. My boys look up to me like the earth looked up to Superman. "Boy what a great feeling, a father as a role model how rare is that especially in this day and age."
BB Accomplishments:
Titles: "1999 Tampa Bay Classic." Lightweight Winner in Brandon,Florida. "2007 2nd Dagger Brigade Classic." Middleweight Winner, Middle East. I plan on doing more shows in the next few months.
