Ye i no medway. I will be starting in sept and ye il be driving to and from college each day,i mean its onli 20mins by car.
How comes uv got no time, is that due to work?

Ye i go more during school time reli cause of my 6th form membership,about 4x a week. But im leaving soon to go to an art college in ashford as tbh 6th form aint going very well.

Its pure whey protein, i just wanted something that would give good muscle recovery and a nice amount of protein, i did abit of research and i kept coming across this one, tastes ok and seems to be doing the trick, plus i got it half price, even better :)
Im studying ICT and art, and will be pickng up Imedia up next year,i completely mucked yr 12 up thats why im staying for yr 14 :(
Ye i agree weathers been good lately, where abouts do you live then?

Wel my motivation completley dropped, and during easter i couldnt go to the gym as i onli have a 6th form gym membership, onli allowing me to go during school days. But im bk up now, more determined than ever, just brought a protein powder, hoping that may do some good. Sorry to hear bout your glute, its the worst feeling when you wanna train but cant. I go to gym 4x a week(15mins or more treadmll running, and 45min weights) i also do boxing once a week.How often do you workout?

Hey thanks for the add. Well ive had a set back the last few weeks, and took me of course, ive now just got bk to it again and hoping to drop abit of fat while gaining muscle, i see you have the same kinda goal. What kind of exercise do you do? Btw i see an improvemt in you pics, keep up the good work :)

oh how comes uv been gettin sick?
u been over working yourself
ive got like a guy helping me on here,his bb name is doobz,his training to be a fitness instructor, so he noes what hes doin.Hes giving me 3 weeks pure intense cardio to burn my layer of fat and dependin on where i am then,he wil give me a weight routine.
im lookin forward to starting tbh :)

i used to do cross country and track but decided it wasnt my thing
i train 3x a week at gym, doin cardio 20mins each time and then weights for bout 40mins
also do boxing for 1hour a week

yep from uk, weathers wet and cold and snowy lol.
I workout in gym 3x a week and i also do boxing once a week for an hour plus anything else i can fit in, i reckon my fav parts to do are shoulders and arms
