How I Started:
I've always liked working out but never really got serious with it until i found this site at the beggining of january,it made me realise what i wanted out of body. Although im not over weight i dont have any muscle on show, my arms always seem to hold the muscle and i think its about time to make my whole body be the same.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling i get after a good workout, knowing im doing my body good.

hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!
Oh yeah, how very rude of me. It's Ally. I work in the North School, will be leaving at the Summer though, so looking for somewhere else right now. Didn't like Dover Grammar school one bit though!
Yeah mainly down to work, but got a lot of things going on at home as well which is making it a rather tough time. Nevermind though. What college you going to then? I work in one of the schools in Ashford, as a PE teacher :D.
Ah, I'm in Medway if you know that? I'm coming down to Dover tomorrow for an interview. So not far from you at all! And I currently work in Ashford, how weird. When you say soon you mean September? Will you live their or travel each day from home? I've stopped training completely at the moment as I have next to nothing in time. Which really does suck as I can already notice a decrease in size :(.
I live down in Kent, what about you? I've managed to get quite burnt over the last few days, not good! I'm hitting the gym today for the first time in a week, have lost so much muscle and strength already, just no time right now :(. You been much now your back at school?
Well I'm still training, but only my upper body. Although I'm still gutted as I love to deadlift and squat. I usually go 4x times a week also, but depends if I can fit it around work.
So what's this protein powder you bought then? What you studying in sixth form? So glad its the weekend. Hope the sun lasts!
Hey, how come you had a set back then? I'm currently recovering from a torn glute, so all leg workouts are thrown out of the window. I only use weights at the moment. But need to start doing some cardio. More importantly I need to sort my diet out, which is one of the things I intend to have sorted by the end of this weekend. What type of training are you doing then?
Hey. My shoulder's doing ok. I've cut back my gym time to 3x a week for lifting and added in a lot more cardio. Seems to keep the shoulder from getting shooting pains. =)
How's your progress going? What kind of routine have you worked out? Let me know, and good progress as always!

My training is good well, thanks! Took a week off because my shoulder was starting to hurt again. I see you're updating your bodyspace a lot. I still say anything you accomplish is icing on the cake, given you're starting point. ;)

overworkings an understatement. i'm double majoring in neuroscience and biochemistry so i have alot of work. plus running (i'm on the cross country team) and weight lifting, plus my job. so i am very busy and i guess it started to catch up to me. thats cool that you're starting the cardio, that's what i live by. i've been running pretty much my whole life. if you need any help let me know! good luck with your goals :)
i think you look pretty good already, as you are. in terms of adding more definition, i think a lot of compound work will do wonders, without excessive weight. i have seen some girls at my uni gym who have some really strong lifts and don't look overly muscular, so i think a traditional 3x week TBT program would translate well to a feminine physique as well. lot's of research out there, i'm sure.
