I have always been active, I did karate when I was younger then I ran track in high school (Hurdles 110/14.7, 300/39.3 and Sprints). I joined the Marine Corps in 2004 stayed in shape, and when I went to Iraq in 2007 I worked out constantly. Even now after I got out of the Marine Corps, as a contractor I still go to the gym often.
Why I Love It:
I feel better after I get done and I stay in shape for my job. Plus I like having a good body for the Ladies haha.
How I Stay Motivated:
Women :) and it just makes me feel better about myself and not feeling like a lazy ass. Plus there is nothing else to do but workout here in Afghanistan.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 10 pounds of muscle in Iraq, that was a feat because I have a really high metabolism

Hey there! Thanks!! Afghanistan...wow! My hubby just de-mobed from Iraq last weekend..spent a year and a half over there as a contractor at Ramadi. He spent most of his "freetime" there at the gym too. Lookin' good!! Be safe..
