At your size, I would consume somewhere between 8 and 12 oz (227g to 340g) of low fat cottage cheese before bed. Toss a few blueberries in for flavor or eat it plain.
Supplements will not make you grow. They only 'supplement' the diet. If you aren't gaining mass, examine your diet. Are you getting enough protein and quality carbs? Eat cottage cheese before bed every night. Eat 6 or 7 meals a day. Train like your an enraged madman. Sleep 8-9 hrs every night. If you can do this, you will grow.
For now, stick with Animal Pak. I honestly think Universal is the best supplement company out there, but I also believe you diet is the key to your success. How's your training/gains been like lately?
Hi... no, bulking never ends for me. I'm still at it. I will someday go to a bodybuilding competition, but not to compete. It's not me. I train because I love it, not to impress others.
No HGH! Leave it alone! You won't need to use that stuff until you're 40. Eat, eat, eat! The money you save on not buying supplements should be used for more food!

still training hard. i'm trying to get the benching weight up. that's the one lift that i can't seem to get to increase. the deads and the squats keep going up, guess its time for the chest to start catching up. how's things going with you?
Hey, man. Recovery of the finger is slow. I can grip a bar and that's what matters most to me. I still have a pin in there and it's bothering the crap out of me now. I'll have it removed on Wednesday. Deads are fine. I'm getting back to where I used to be now. Feels good...
Thinks for the comment, Hayden. I think b/f is droping a little as it seems abs are getting slightly more visable. Scale shows hoovering aroud 10%. How is your training doing? Good luck. Gene

Hey, man. Finger is doing fine. It doesn't like to bend very well, but I can still grip the bar. That's all I need anyway. I'm in occupational therapy 2x a week for it.
